Exercise Overview

The NEWF STRAPS Tear Apart Exercise demonstration video.

The Set-Up

1) STRAPS are extended 50%

2) Grab the STRAPS handles and walk backward until your arms are fully extended

3) Pull your shoulders back

4) Take half a step in

Start to Finish

1) Pull your arms out to your sides forming a "T" shape like you are doing a reverse fly

2) Your body will move forward and come to a standing position. Keep the tension in the STRAPS

3) Control your body back to the starting position
