The NEWF STRAPS Roll Out Exercise demonstration video.
The Set-Up
1) STRAPS are at knee height
2) Kneel down to both knees and position your body to face the straps
3) Grab the STRAPS handles
Start to Finish
1) With straight arms, lean forward until your arms are over head and inline with your upper body
2) Keep your core tight and your back flat
3) Pulling with your core and back, bring your arms and upper body back to the starting position
