The NEWF STRAPS Push-Up Superset Exercise demonstration video.
The Set-Up
1) STRAPS are at knee height
2) Push-up position, both feet are in the foot cradles.
Start to Finish
1) 5-10 push-ups with your hands on the ground and feet elevated
2) Right away, switch to STRAP push-ups with your feet on the ground and hands on the STRAPS handles
3) 5-10 push-ups with your hands on the STRAPS handles
