The NEWF STRAPS Mountain Climbers Exercise demonstration video.
The Set-Up
1) STRAPS are at knee height
2) Push-up position with your feet in both foot cradles
3) Keep your back flat and your core tight
Start to Finish
1) Pull your right knee under your body to your right elbow
2) Return your right knee back to the starting position
3) Pull your left knee under your body to your left elbow
4) Return your left knee back to the starting position
