Exercise Overview

The NEWF STRAPS Inverted Row (underhand grip) Exercise demonstration video.

The Set-Up

1) STRAPS are at knee height

2) Lay under the STRAPS, face up. STRAPS are above your shoulders.

3) Grab the STRAPS handles with a reverse grip (palms towards your face)

Start to Finish

1) Row your body up to the STRAPS handles

2) Keep your elbows tight to your body, palms towards your face

3) At the top of the row, squeeze your back muscles together

4) Lower your body down to the starting position
