The NEWF STRAPS Hip Extension Exercise demonstration video.
1) Straps hanging 6" off ground.
2) Lay on your back with feet facing the straps.
3) Place your heels in both feet cradles.
4) Pull your heels in towards your glutes.
Start to Finish
1) Pushing through your heels, lift your hips off the ground.
2) Lift hips until upper body is in line with your legs.
3) Squeeze glutes at the top.
4) Lower your hips back to the start position.
