The Set-Up
1) STRAPS are at knee height
2) Push-up position, facing away from the STRAPS
3) Drop your arms down to your elbows
4) Place both of your feet in the foot cradles of the STRAPS
Start to Finish
1) Hold your body flat and engage your core for 30-60 seconds.
