Exercise Overview
The NEWF SANDBELL Weighted Side Plank Hold Exercise demonstration video.
The Set-Up
1) Lay on your right hip.
2) Place your right elbow under your body and lift your right hip off the ground. Stack left foot over right foot.
3) Place the SANDBELL on your left hip.
Start to Finish
1) Maintain this position for 30-60 seconds.
2) Repeat process on left side, placing the SANDBELL on your right hip.
