Exercise Overview

The NEWF SANDBELL V-Sit Exercise demonstration video.

The Set-Up

1) Lay flat on your back.

2) Arms fully extended over head (flat on ground). Legs fully extended on ground.

3) Hold side handles of SANDBELL.

Start to Finish

1) Explode up with feet and hands at the same time.

2) Keep arms and legs fully extended the whole time.

3) Continue until body forms a "V" shape.

4) Slowly lower legs and arms back to start.

5) Core engaged the entire time.
