The NEWF SANDBELL Split Stance Row Exercise demonstration video.
1) Line up to SANDBELL in front of toes.
2) Slightly lunge forward with left leg.
3) Plant right foot on ground on a slight angle out.
4) Grab SANDBELL with right arm.
5) Hinge forward at the hips, keep your back flat, right arm fully extended, shoulders back, core tight.
Start to Finish
1) Row your right arm up, pulling the SANDBELL off the ground.
2) Keep your right elbow as close to your body as possible while rowing up.
3) Squeeze your Lats and shoulder blades together at the top of your row.
4) Slowly lower the SANDBELL back to the start position.
