The NEWF SANDBELL Russian Twist Exercise demonstration video.
1) Place the Sandbell on the right side of your body.
2) Sitting on the ground, keep your legs and back off the ground.
Start to Finish
1) Grab the SANDBELL side handles.
2) Keeping your balance on your butt, back and feet off the ground, rotate the SANDBELL from your right hip to your left hip.
3) Do your best to not let your feet hit the ground.
4) Try to keep the SANDBELL off the ground as much as possible, tapping ground on each side of hips.
