The NEWF SANDBELL Over Head Sit-Up Exercise demonstration video.
1) Lay flat on back.
2) Legs fully extended on ground.
3) Arms extended over chest, holding the side handles of the SANDBELL.
Start to Finish
1) Similar to a regular sit-up, lift your upper body off the ground until you are fully sitting up.
2) Keep arms fully extended the entire time.
3) As you begin to sit up, the SANDBELL stays over your head.
4) When you get to the top of the sit-up, the SANDBELL will be over your head, arms are fully extended.
5) On the way down, control the movement and end with the SANDBELL over your chest.
