The NEWF SANDBELL L.C.R. Push-Up Combo Exercise demonstration video.

The Set-Up

1) Push-Up position

2) Left hand on ground. Right hand on SANDBELL.

3) Back flat, core tight.

Start to Finish

1) 5-8 push-ups. Left hand (ground) right hand (SANDBELL)

2) 5-8 push-ups. Both hands on SANDBELL.

3) 5-8 push-ups. Left hand (SANDBELL) right hand (ground)

Focus Points

1) Try to complete all 3 push-up locations without moving feet or dropping your knees to the ground.

2) If doing multiple sets of this combo, alternate your starting sides. Ex. L.C.R., R.C.L..
