Exercise Overview
The NEWF SANDBELL 1-Arm Chest Press Exercise demonstration video.
The Set-Up
1) Lay down on back. Bend knees and plant feet on ground.
2) Rack SANDBELL in one hand, holding plastic handle.
3) Tighten core, lock SANDBELL out on arm. (pressing arm at 45* angle).
Start to Finish
1) Press SANDBELL straight over chest (not over face)
2) Slowly lower SANDBELL down until tricep hits ground.
3) Press SANDBELL back to lock out position.
