Exercise Overview
The NEWF SANDBAG Shoulder Press Exercise demonstration video.
The Set-Up
1) SANDBAG in front rack position
2) Hands under SANDBAG. Palms facing up
3) Feet are shoulder width apart
4) Slight bend in knees
Start to Finish
1) Chest up. Back flat. Core tight.
2) Press SANDBAG straight over head
3) Keep your head facing forward the entire movement
4) Lock out your arms over head
5) Control SANDBAG back to the starting position
