The NEWF SANDBAG Romanian Deadlift Exercise demonstration video.
1) Line up to the side of the SANDBAG. Just in front of your toes.
2) Feet are shoulder width apart.
3) Bend forward and grab the neutral grip handles of the SANDBAG (top handles)
4) Knees and hips are bent 45*
5) Keep back flat, core tight. Head is in line with back. Bodyweight is in your heels. Arms are fully extended. Shoulders are pulled back.
Start to Finish
1) Pull SANDBAG up using your hamstrings and back, similar to a deadlift with less of a bend in your knees.
2) Keep legs slightly bent when you reach the top, pull hips through.
3) As you lower the SANDBAG back down to the ground. Keep legs slightly bent.
