1) SANDBAG is in the "front rack" position
2) Legs positioned out wide
3) Core is tight. Back is flat. Chest is up. Bodyweight is in your heels.
Start to Finish
1) Lower your hips towards your right foot. Keep your hips in line with your feet.
2) As you lower down towards your right foot, keep your bodyweight in your heels.
3) When you get to 90* in your right knee, squeeze your glutes and fire back up to the starting position.
4) Repeat the process on the left leg.
