The NEWF SANDBAG Clean Pull Exercise demonstration video.
1) Line up to the side of the SANDBAG holding the neutral grip handles (top handles)
2) Deadlift position. Shoulders pulled back. Core is tight. Back is flat.
Start to Finish
1) Explode through your heels. Lifting the SANDBAG off the ground like a deadlift, but at a quicker tempo.
2) Thrust hips forward
3) As you get close to a standing position, shrug your shoulders up
4) Pull the SANDBAG up with your arms to chest height.
5) Control and catch the SANDBAG on your hips and slowly lower back to the starting position.
