The NEWF SANDBAG Alternating Lunge Exercise demonstration video.
1) Feet shoulder width apart
2) SANDBAG is on the back of your shoulders in the "Back Rack" position
3) Core is tight. Back is flat. Head is up.
Start to Finish
1) Lunge forward with left foot. Land with bodyweight in your left heel.
2) Rotate your hips forward and lower your body down into the lunge
3) Do not let your left knee pass your left toes
4) Right knee drops to the ground
5) Press back up to a standing position using your left leg. Power through your heel.
