Pump Day: Back and Arms Workout

Workout Details:

Big Back N Arms day here at NEWF! Complete 5 rounds of each superset. Aim for 5-10 reps on the Pull-Ups and Chin-Ups and 10-15 reps on all other exercises.

Superset #1: 5 Rounds. 30 Second Rest Between Sets.

A1: Pull-Ups

A2: SANDBAG Bent Over Rows

2 Minute Rest

Superset #2: 5 Rounds. 30 Second Rest Between Sets.

B1: Chin-Ups

B2: STRAPS Inverted-Row (reverse grip)

2 Minute Rest

Superset #3: 5 Rounds. 30 Second Rest Between Sets.

C1: SANDBAG Curls (barbell grip)

C2: KETTLEBELL Side Grip Hammer Curls

C3: KETTLEBELL Tricep Extensions
