NEWF Bag Strap Split Squats Exercise Steps

Step 1: Adjust the NEWF Bag shoulder strap height to 12 to 18 inches off the ground (knee height) and put one foot into the handle. Get your self into a lunge position and rack the NEWF Bag on the back of your neck.

Step 2: While in the lunge position, begin to lower yourself into the lunge and keep your front knee in line with your toes (do not let your knee pass your toes). Focus on keeping your shoulders square, core tight, chest up, and your body in a straight line.

Step 3: While maintaining proper posture, try to only use your grounded leg to press your body back up to the starting position.
