The NEWF Bag Strap Dips Exercise is a great movement for building up your chest, triceps, and shoulders. Unlike traditional dips completed on a stationary rig, the NEWF Bag Strap Dips require complete upper body control and core stability to maintain proper form from start to finish.
NEWF Bag Strap Dips Exercise Steps
Step 1: Adjust the NEWF Bag shoulder straps to your desired height- preferably low enough that you do not have to jump up to the handles. Once you push yourself up, lock out your arms and get your hand positioning down.
Step 2: Once you have your hands and body under complete control, you can now lower your upper body until your elbows are at a 90 degree angle.
Step 3: While keeping complete control of your body, push yourself back up to the starting position.
