Step 1: Place the NEWF Bag to either side of you and grab the handles in a lunge position without letting your knee touch the ground.

Step 2: Lift the NEWF Bag up and over your head while pivoting your stance to the opposite facing direction.

Step 3: Once the NEWF Bag is directly over-head, begin to "pull" the bag down and slam it as hard as you can to the oposite side you started from.
