NEWF Bag Hip Raise With Straps Exercise Steps
Step 1: Adjust the NEWF Bag shoulder strap height to 6-12 inches off the ground and put one heel into the handle.
Step 2: While in a lying posistion, bring the leg in the strap to a 90 degree angle.
Step 3: While keeping your shoulder down and your core engaged squeeze your glutes and pull your hips up to the ceiling while keeping your free leg in line with the working leg.
Step 4: Lower your hips back down without letting your glutes hit the ground. Once you get to the bottom, repeat step three and raise back up for your second rep.
