Maintaining full control of the eccentric and concentric portions of this movement is essential for optimal results.
NEWF Bag Hanging Weighted Leg Raises Core Exercise Steps
Step 1: Hang the NEWF Bag Straps high enough to allow for full extension of your legs at the bottom of the movement. Lock out your arms in a chin-up position and slip your feet under the neutral grip handles of the NEWF Bag.
Step 2: While limiting any movement in your upper body, keep your legs straight and begin to raise the NEWF Bag as high as you can (do not pass your hands).
Step 3: Once you reach the peak of the movement, slowely lower the NEWF Bag and your legs through the eccentric portion of the movement back to the start position.
