NEWF Bag Decline Strap Push-Ups Exercise Steps
Step 1: Adjust the NEWF Bag shoulder strap height to 12-18 inches off the ground and put one foot into each handle.
Step 2: While in a push-up posistion, keep your body as flat as possible and hands parallel to your shoulders.
Step 3: While keeping your chest and core engaged, press your body up and lockout the push-up at the top.
Step 4: Lower your body back to the starting position, but do not let your chest hit the ground, or NEWF Bag.
