Todays NEWF #BeachWorkout to get the week off to a great start! LETS WORK!

Workout Instructions:

Perform superset #1 for 5 rounds with no rest, using the pigeon stretch as your rest period. Rest 20 seconds between sets during supersets 2-4. After completing 1A & 1B five times, rest ONE minute before starting on 2A-2B. Repeat the same process for each of the following supersets.

 

Superset #1: 5 Rounds | No rest between sets

1a) Sandbag Squat Clean x 12

1b) Pigeon Stretch x 20 seconds each side

Superset #2: 5 Rounds | 20 Seconds rest between sets

2a) SandBell Deadlift x 12 (2 SANDBELLS)

2b) Alt. Over Head Press x 8 each side (2 SANDBELLS)

Superset #3: 5 Rounds | 20 Seconds rest between sets

3a) Chin-Ups x MAX

3b) Sandbag Reverse Alternating Lunges x 8 each side

Superset #4: 5 Rounds | 20 Seconds rest between sets

4a) 1/2 Kneeling Single Arm Over Head Press x 8 each side

4b) Single Leg RDL w Shrug x 6 each side (2 SANDBELLS)
