Exercise Overview
The NEWF STRAPS Push-Up Exercise demonstration video.
The Set-Up
1) Hang STRAPS to knee height.
2) Place hands on the handles.
3) Walk feet backward into push-up position
Start to Finish
1) From the top of the push-up position, lower your upper body until your chest is between your hands.
2) Keep your body flat.
3) Press back up, lock out your arms at the top.
4) Try to minimize movement of hands and straps while doing your push-up.
