Exercise Overview
The NEWF STRAPS Inverted Row Exercise demonstration video.
The Set-Up
1) Hang STRAPS to waist height, or high enough to fully extend your arms during the movement.
2) Lay on the ground with your shoulders under the STRAPs handles.
3) Grab the handles and keep your body flat from your chest to your heels.
Start to Finish
1) Keep your elbows tight to your body and row yourself up to the STRAP handles.
2) Row up until your chest is between your hands.
3) Squeeze your back muscles together at the top of the row.
4) Slowly lower your body down to the start position.
