The NEWF SANDBELL Sumo Clean Pull Exercise demonstration video.
1) Line up with feet slightly wider than shoulder width.
2) Lower body to 90* at the hips, knees, ankles
3) Chest up, head forward, shoulders back, back flat
4) Grab side handles of SANDBELL. Palms facing in.
Start to Finish
1) Explode up, pushing through your heels, extending at the hips and knees.
2) Using the momentum of the movement, use arms to pull SANDBELL up to chin.
3) Control SANDBELL back to start position.
4) Do not slam bell at Bottom.
