The NEWF SANDBELL Lateral Lunge (Goblet Hold) Exercise demonstration video.
1) Feet in wide stance
2) Holding SANDBELL side handles at shoulder height
3) Back flat, core tight, shoulders pulled back.
Start to Finish
1) Lunge to right side, pushing hips back like you are going to sit in a chair.
2) Get to 90* in right knee, keep back flat and head up. Keep bodyweight in right heel.
3) Press through right heel to get back to start position.
4) Repeat process on left side.
