Exercise Overview
The NEWF SANDBELL 1/2 Kneeling 1-Arm Press Exercise demonstration video.
The Set-Up
1) Kneel down to one knee.
2) Both knees making 90* angles.
3) Rack SANDBELL on side that knee is on ground.
Start to Finish
1) Keep core tight, shoulders square, chest up.
2) Press SANDBELL straight over head. Keep elbow lateral with chest on the press.
3) Once you pressed up, slow and controlled return SANDBELL back to start position.
4) Repeat process on opposite side.
