The NEWF KETTLEBELL Sumo Clean Pull Exercise demonstration video.
1) Line up with feet slightly wider than shoulder width.
2) Lower body to 90* at the hips, knees, ankles
3) Chest up, head forward, shoulders back, back flat
4) Grab side handles of the KETTLEBELL. Palms facing in.
Start to Finish
1) Explode up, pushing through your heels, extending at the hips and knees.
2) Using the momentum of the movement, use arms to pull KETTLEBELL up to chin.
3) Control KETTLEBELL back to start position.
4) Do not slam KETTLEBELL at Bottom.
