NEWF Bag Neutral Grip Single-Arm Floor Press Exercise Steps

Step 1: Get yourself into a lying position on your back with the NEWF Bag racked on one side of your body. Keep your knees bent and both feet flat on the ground.

Step 2: While in a lying posistion, keep your elbow "in" and press the NEWF Bag straight up to a locked out position.

Step 3: While keeping your shoulders down and your chest engaged, "pull" the NEWF Bag back down to the strating position.
